The executive search industry has a reputation problem. Too many firms operate with a formulaic, process-heavy approach that treats senior hires as transactions rather than transformational moments for an organisation.
Riversmeet was created to do things differently. We combine decades of experience placing senior leaders in asset management, pensions, and investment-led financial services with a genuinely advisory approach — helping clients think through their leadership needs before jumping to a search.

Amanda Floyd
Managing Director
Amanda brings 15 years' international headhunting experience across investment management and real assets. She works on a cross-asset class basis, spanning both traditional and alternative asset classes with considerable experience across real estate and infrastructure investment.
Her key services include executive and non-executive investment leadership hiring, capital-raising strategy and market entry support, establishment of operating platforms, sustainable investment buildouts, and digital transformation. She has extensive experience conducting board, investment, and distribution searches, as well as advising on succession and talent planning.
Prior to Riversmeet, Amanda was a Partner at Valentine Thomas and before that part of the founding team and Head of Investment at Beaumont Bailey, where she was instrumental in scaling the business into one of the fastest growing in Europe. She began her career at Forrester Partners, where she was an Equity Partner operating across investment management and real estate.
Matt Lenzie
Marketing Director
Matt has spent over 20 years in financial services, moving from institutional banking through boutique corporate finance into property finance, capital advisory, and strategic marketing. His background includes roles at HBOS and Bank of Scotland before moving into corporate finance as a partner at Enterprise Investment Partners.
That progression gave him a broad understanding of capital structures, deal origination, and how sophisticated investors evaluate risk — from the lender's seat, the adviser's seat, and the principal's seat. Matt founded Construction Capital, a specialist development finance brokerage and capital advisory practice, and also serves as Consultant Director at Alltrust Services Limited.
At Riversmeet, Matt leads brand strategy, digital presence, and client communications, drawing on his deep financial services network and experience building and scaling businesses across the sector. He also holds equity in Developers Community, a national property developer networking organisation.
